Reply STOP
Reply with the word STOP to any SMS message you received from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing texts.
Email us
Send an email to cs@provitana.com with the subject “Unsubscribe Request.” Include the mobile number you wish to remove. We process requests within 24 hours.
What happens next
- You’ll receive a confirmation that you’ve been removed.
- We retain your opt-out record to make sure you are not re-contacted.
- You may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages if you are an active customer (these are not marketing messages and cannot be opted out of separately).
